PURPOSE:To obtain a resin film with three-dimensionally curved surface by a method wherein the interior of a tube is divided by a plurality of guide plates so as to form a plurality of grooves, each of which lies the nearer to the middle of the inlet the wider its cross-sectional area becomes or lies the nearer to the end of the inlet the narrower its cross-sectional area becomes and yet is equal to one another at the outlet. CONSTITUTION:Resin such as vinyl chloride or the like is at first fed under pressure in a single large diameter straight pipe 1 and fed in the middle of its course toward a port outflowing to the atmosphere in a nearby tapered pipe 2 in order to form splips. A plurality of guide plates 6 are fixed in upright position between both end side walls 3 and 4. The space between the guide plates 6 disposed in an array lines the nearer to the middle at the inlet A of the tapered pipe the wider the space becomes or lies the nearer to both the ends at the inlet A the narrower the space becomes. In addition, the space between the guide plates 6 are made equal to one another near the outlet B of the tapered pipe. Grooves 7 are formed by arranging the guide plates 6 as described above. Furthermore, the guide plates 6 is made so high as to be the highest at the inlet A of the tapered pipe and at the same time the lowest near the outlet B of the tapered pipe. |
