PURPOSE:To prevent the intertwining of each cathode intermediate mechanism structure and make the batch treatment to be carried out easily during the production process, by fixing both ends of a metal tape to the peripheral surface of a sleeve so that a metal tape is arranged approximately in a U-shape. CONSTITUTION:The large diameter part of a sleeve 2' is inserted into the through hole of an insulator 1 and the open end is caulked and fixed. Both ends of a metal tape 4' made of stainless steel are welded and fixed to the outside peripheral surface in the diameter direction of the sleeve 2'. The open end of a small sleeve 3' is inserted from the large diameter part of the sleeve 2' with different diameter fitted to the small diameter part, welded and fixed. In the outside sleeve 2, the inside sleeve 3 is coaxially arranged to obtain a cathode intermediate assembly structure 6. The metal tape for leading out an electrode which is softened and loses its elasticity on account of a blackening treatment is annularly fixed to the cathode sleeve, so that the shape of the metal tape is kept unchanged and the intertwining of the metal tape is eliminated, even if, while plural tapes are contained in a basket or a tray and are subjected to necessary treatments during the process. |
