发明名称 MEASURING DEVICE OF STRENGTH CONDITION FOR FORMED CONCRETE
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure whether formed concrete is in a set state strong enough to withstand its own weight by placing a specific load on a penetration rod and inserting the rod into formed concrete whose surface part is hardened, and measuring the penetration depth which provides specific insertion resistance. CONSTITUTION:The engagement part 21a of the fixed arm 21 of the strength state measuring device 1 for formed concrete is mounted on the upper end part 10a of a sliding type frame 10 which forms both wall of the formed concrete 11. A load value indicating the state of strength enough to withstand the weight of the formed concrete 1 is inputted to the load control means 7a of a CPU7 through a keyboard 9. A driving circuit 5 rotates a motor 23 to insert the penetration rod 2 unitl the penetration resistance attains to said input. The signal from a movement extent detector 6 is counted by a penetration depth detecting means 7b to measure the penetration depth, which is displayed on a display device 8. Consequently, the depth which provides the specific strength is measured.
