PURPOSE:To stably start a special starter such as a starting capacitor by forcibly switching a transistor by a timer circuit and a flip-flop. CONSTITUTION:The output of a DC power source 1 is turned ON or OFF by switching elements 3-6, converted to AC, and then supplied to a heating coil 8. An AC output voltage is detected by a transformer 10, and converted to a rectangular wave by comparators 21, 22. Monostable multivibrators 25, 26 outputs pulse signals when the AC output voltage waveform passes the zero value, timer circuits 27, 28 detect that the AC output voltage continues positive or negative value for the prescribed time or longer and outputs a pulse signal. A flip-flop 32 is inverted by the pulse signal, and switching elements 3-6 are driven through drive circuits 17, 18 by the output. |
