PURPOSE:To avoid a malfunction of a magnetic bubble generator and at the same time to improve the generation/transfer characteristics of magnetic bubbles, by forming a magnetic bubble idler pattern at a place near the crossing part between a magnetic bubble transfer path and a hairpin-shaped conductor pattern. CONSTITUTION:A hairpin-shaped conductor pattern 2 is formed at a concatenated cusp part 10 which should produce magnetic bubbles of an ion non-implanted concatenated circular pattern 1. This pattern 2 crosses a magnetic bubble transfer path 11 at the part 10. Another concatenated cusp part 10' formed near the part 10 serves as a part of a magnetic bubble idler pattern 5 which is formed with a small magnetic bubble transfer path enclosed by two concatenated circular transfer patterns 50. When the pattern 5 contains undesired magnetic bubbles 31 produced from the pattern 2, these bubbles 31 are never delivered to a transfer path 12 just by revolving a small closed transfer path 51 in response to the revolution of an intra-surface rotary magnetic field 4. This avoid a malfunction of a magnetic bubble generator. |
