PURPOSE:To prevent ethylene tetrafluoride resin ring from being separated due to thermal expansion, by attaching an insulator outside a frame and setting a foam adhesive sheet of heating property outside a glass bind set outside the insulator. CONSTITUTION:The insulator 14 of a mica sheet is attached outside the frame 2 of a commutator, a set of a slip ring 11 with space are arranged on the insulator 14, and the glass bind 8, a foam adhesive sheet 10 and ethylene tetrafluoride resin ring 9 are set in order in the space 13 for the slip ring 11 from the inside to the outside. With the materials, a space causable from thermal expansion power difference between the glass bind 8 and the ethylene tetrafluoride resin ring 9 is filled up, and the materials are prevented from being separated to be adhered securely. |
