PURPOSE:To detect stable pitot pressure by fitting a pitot tube so that a detection hole is under the oil level of oil remaining locally at the lower part in a pitot chamber during a stop of rotation without fail. CONSTITUTION:When the rotation of the rotation signal detector 56 is stopped, the detection hole 114a is undsr the oil level and blocked with the oil because of the fitting state of the pitot tube 114 to prevent the entry of air. Engine power is transmitted by the engagement of an electromagnetic power type clutch 1 to rotates a case 110 together with a main pulley 36, and then the oil supplied from an oil supply port 116 fills the pitot chamber 112. Consequently, the dynamic pressure and centrifugal pressure of the oil are detected from the start of the rotation to generate pitot pressure corresponding to the rotation. The oil supplied from the oil supply port 116, on the other hand, strikes the side wall 110b of the case 110 slantingly at the downstream side of the pitot tube 114 to be diffused and then flows in the pitot chamber 112. |
