PURPOSE:To improve the treating capacity of an automatic immunological analysis device and to reduce the size thereof by excluding the stage for effecting reaction and quantitative determination of a labeled antigen or antibody and performing direct quantitative determination of the object to be measured in the sample captured in a reaction chamber. CONSTITUTION:This analysis device is provided with a reaction chamber 37 which makes the antigen or antibody reacting specifically with the object to be measured in a sample into a fixed phase and means 30-33, 36 for dispensing prescribed amt. of samples into the chambers 37. Means 36, 38, 39 for supplying the dissociating liquid to dissociate the conjugation between the antigen or antiboty and the object to be measured in the chamber 37 and an acoustooptic measuring means 40 for determining quantitatively the concn. of the object to be measured eluted in the dissociating liquid are provided thereto. The object to be measured in the sample captured in the chamber 37 is directly and quantitatively measured with this device as mentioned above and therefore the time for the analysis is reduced and the device is made simpler and smaller in size. |
