PURPOSE:To suppress the occurence of a void and prevent strand from being damaged insulation thereof, by a methos wherein a separator is set between flat wires and a schematic elliptical coil is formed in a shape with the separator as loop part. CONSTITUTION:The plural pieces, 2 pieces for example, of a flat wire 1 prepared by strand insulation 2 are arranged in a row and wound in a schematic elliptical form to given turns to form a schematic elliptical coil. A separator 5 is inserted between the flat wires 1 wound round the arranged loop part of the schematic elliptical coil, to form a tortoise shell shape through a pull-out machine. A mica sheet, resin film or other material is used as material for the separator 5, and in case of prepreg insulation a semi-hardened tape is wound as insulation 3 from earth to complete coils with heating and compression. |
