PURPOSE:To extend the life of a sensor mark and obtain a high-reliability copying machine by arranging rolls of photosensitive body backplates. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive body 1 is tensed with the force of a spring 20 by a photosensitive body driving roll 3 and a photosensitive body driven roll 5. The intermediate area of the photosensitive body 1 between the photosensitive body driving roll 3 and the photosensitive body following-up roll 5 is grought into contact with an exposure backplate 7, an exposure backplate roll 11 provided on this backplate 7, an electrostatic charge backplate 8, and an electrostatic charge backplate roll 14 provided on this backplate 8. When the photosensitive body driving roll 3 is driven, the photosensitive body 1 starts running, and similarly, the photosensitive body driven roll 5, the exposure backplate roll 11, and the electrostatic charge backplate 14 are rotated because they are pressed to the photosensitive body 1. Though a sensor mark 2 runs while being grought into contact with surfaces of the exposure backplate roll 11 and the electrostatic charge backplate roll 14, the sensor mark is not rubber to photosensitive body backplates and is run smoothly because said rolls 11 and 14 are rotated together with the photosensitive body. |
