PURPOSE:To attain quick correspondence without losing the supervisory function when an urgent event takes place by using a radio equipment so as to transmit/ receive information when a telephone line connecting a communication equipment of each home and a receiver of a supervisory center is not available. CONSTITUTION:If a communication equipment 21 cannot connect to a receiver 31 of a supervisory center 30 regardless of prescribed number of automatic dialings, a communication disabledsignal S is outputted from the communication equipment 21 is outputted and it is received by a transmission radio equipment 24 via an AND circuit 23. The radio equipment 24 transmits in radio a home number specifying at least a faulty location, it is received by a reception radio equipment 34 at the supervisory center 30 and the home number is displayed on a display device 35. Then a guardman is dispatched and conducts a prescribed handling. Further, a power failure signal is transmitted to the transmission radio equipment even at power failure and the home number is transmitted.
