PURPOSE:To measure exactly a load state of each station, and to display a measured value together with a history of an operation of an operator station by providing an idle counter every second difference setting processing, a mark setting processing, etc. CONSTITUTION:An idle counter every second difference setting processing ID is started at every one second and executed by the highest priority, and a difference of an idle counter counting value of a processor CPU of a process control station FCS is set to a temporary storage TF. This measured value is read every second by a data read processing RD of an operator station OPS, set to a temporary storage TO, and written in a data buffer BUF1 by an idle count value setting processing ST. As a result, a history of an idle count value of the FCS is recorded, and can be displayed on an indicator CRT through a display processing DP together with an operation history recording of the OPS inputted by a mark setting processing MK to a data buffer BUF2. |
