发明名称 FLUIDIZED COMBUSTION OF COAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to efficiently burn coal in a wide range in a fluidized bed combustion furnace by coal into contact with a gas containing oxygen to preliminarily oxidize the same, and introducing coals within a main fluidized- bed combustion furnace to burn the coal. CONSTITUTION:Coal is supplied through a conduit pipe 16 to a preliminary oxidation tower 14, and are preliminarily oxidized at a temperature in the range of 150-250 deg.C by air supplied through a conduit pipe 18. Coal has a particle diameter equal to that of coal supplied to an ordinary fluidized combustion furnace, and particularly preferable is coal having a caking property. Coal having no caking property may be directly supplied to the fluidized combustion furnace to burn the coal without passing through the above described process. The preliminary oxidation tower 14 may be either a mobile bed or a fluidized-bed, and one in which a gas containing oxygen comes into contact with coal and which is capable of controlling the temperature which can supress the generation of combustion or the like, may be employed. Coal which has been preliminarily oxidized is supplied through a conduit pipe 20 to the ordinary fluidized combustion furnace 1 and burnt therein.
