PURPOSE:To improve the mass productivity of magnetic heads by laminating the magnetic materials with laser junction and therefore securing the accurate butting among the lamination blocks. CONSTITUTION:Plural sheets of thin magnetic material 1 are laminated via insulated layers 2 and joined together by laser at plural areas. Thus the 1st lamination block B1 is obtained. This block B1 is cut at the 1st cut planes d1 in the lamination direction of the materials 1 to obtain the 2nd lamination blocks B2. Then a winding window groove 4 is formed to the cut surface of each block B2 in the lamination direction. The cut surface of the block B2 at the side of the groove 4 is butted against the cut surface of another block B2 and adhered 3 to each other by laser to obtain the 3rd lamination blocks B3. The block B3 is cut at two 2nd cut surface planes d2 crossing the lamination direction of the material 1. Thus magnetic head cores are produced. |
