PURPOSE:To transmit an FM signal and plural converted channels to a subscriber processing unit side through one cable by synthesizing an output of a converter tuner and an FM signal, outputting the result and synthesizing the synthesized signal with an output of other converter tuner. CONSTITUTION:An output terminal 67 of an individual subscriber circuit 70 is connected to an FM signal input terminal 120 of an individual subscriber circuit 70B. Taking the converting channel of a converter tuner in the individual subscriber circuit 70 as the 2nd channels and the converting channel of a converter tuner in the individual subscriber circuit 70B as the 3rd channels, the television signal of the 2nd and 3rd channels and an FM signal are obtained at an output terminal 67B of the individual subscriber circuit 70B. The 2nd and 3rd channels and the FM signal are led to a subscriber's home through one lead wire 19 through the difference converting channels in the individual subscriber circuits 70, 70B in this way.
