SINGLE POINT MOORING SYSTEM PROVIDED WITH PRESSURE RELIEF MEANS A single point mooring system is provided with pressure relief means for opening a passage between a flow line for transferring liquids and a liquid collecting reservoir when the liquid pressure in the flow line reaches a predetermined critical value. A signal transmitter is present for transmitting a signal to a signal receiver in response to detection by a detector of the occurrence of said critical value.
