发明名称 MECHANISM FOR PREVENTING ROTARY ELEMENT FROM CONCENTRATED STRESS
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent edge stress and high local stress by providing slant portions on the longitudinal end of contact surfaces producing line contact between rotary elements while permitting connecting lines of these slant portions and longitudinal contact surface to coincide with each other. CONSTITUTION:An inner ring 1 and an outer ring 2 are formed on both end sides of track surfaces with slant portions 12, 22 at a gentle angle to respective rolling surfaces 11, 21. Also a roller 3 is formed on both end sides with slant portions 32 at a gentle angle to a rolling surface 31. And connecting lines 13, 23 of the rolling surfaces 11, 21 of the inner and outer rings 1, 2 and the slant portions 12, 22 and the connecting line 33 of the rolling surface 31 of the roller 3 and the slant portion 32 are assembled to be approximately axially aligned with each other.
