PURPOSE:To suppress the sticking of fused high-crystalline resin at the neck of the inlet of a sizing former and to continuously extrude molded bodies without sinkages by constituting the inner surface of the inlet neck of the sizing former which is connected with a die to have a tapered surface which gradually expands in the direction of extrusion. CONSTITUTION:A die 2 is provided with a heating device 4 on its outer surface and the passage 5 for an extruded matter is narrowed en route and has inside diameters of three stages. On the other hand, a sizing former device 3 is consisting of a sizing former neck device 6 which adjoins the outlet of the die 2, and the main body 8 which is provided with a cooling jacket 7. The inside of the neck 6 has a tapered surface with the angle theta1 and communicates with the outlet of the die passage 5 and at the same time with the tapered surface 11 with the angle theta2 which expands in the direction of extrusion to decrease the frictional resistance with the molded matter by dispersion. Due to the above, the molded matter in a form of a semi-fusion which has extruded from the die 2 of the extrusion die device lis extruded by the sizing former neck 6 smoothly and without any sticking therein. |
