PURPOSE:To improve a working efficiency through an elimination of necessity to fix an outer cover material for shape preservation to an air bag in a succeeding process by applying an outer cover material for shape preservation of an air bag over the outer surface of a cylindrical parison prior to setting of the parison and by thus integrating into one product. CONSTITUTION:A shaping space 11 consisting of a hollow which corresponds to a desired shape of an air bag is formed on the surface facing a shaping die 10 and an outer cover material 12 for shape preservation is set. Then, a parison 13 is set in the shaping space 11 and an air nozzle 14 is inserted from the outside of the shaping die 10 to supply air to the parison which is softened and the parison 13 is blown. Thus, the parison 13 is fixed by pressure to the inner wall of shaping space 11 and the outer cover material 12 for shape preservation and parison 13 are fixed by heat, and an air bag 15 which is integral with the outer cover material 12 is formed in consequence. |
