摘要 PURPOSE:To improve dimentional stability of elastomer of polyurethane group by combining at least one of liquid raw materials of synthetic resin with fine and high aspect ratio inorganic fiber in a process of reaction injection molding of inorganic fiber filled synthetic resin molded products. CONSTITUTION:Pertaining to a reaction injection molding of inorganic fiber filled synthetic resin molded products, at least one of liquid raw materials of synthetic resin is combined with inorganic fiber of an average diameter of less than 8mu and an average aspect ratio of 20-100. The appropriate ratio of glass fiber to be filled is about 1-30wt%, of synthetic resin, and specifically about 2- 15wt% is desirable. For the reaction injection molding an ingredient (isocyanate ingredient) with two or more of isocyanate groups and a high molecular weight compound of active hydrogen with two or more of active hydrogen groups that can react with isocyanate group and an ingredient (active hydrogen ingredient) mainly consists of a low molecular wight compound are used as raw materials. A catalyst is combined with an active hydrogen ingredient and other additives such as foaming agents etc. can be combined with isocyanate ingredient and glass fiber may be combined with either one or both ingredients.
