PURPOSE:To prevent overcooling and overheating of a reheater, when the degrees of opening of a heated steam control valve and a steam adjuster valve are controlled on the basis of deviation of the actual turbine output from the set output value, by controlling increase/decrease of the set output value in accordance at least with the temp. of the reheated steam. CONSTITUTION:The high pressure steam from a steam generator 1 is diverged into two, one of which flows, through a steam adjuster valve 2, in the order of a high pressure turbine 3, reheater 4, low pressure turbine 5, condenser 6 and water heater 7, and the other of which flows, through a heated steam control valve 8, in the order of a reheater 4 and water heater 7. Here the steam adjuster valve 2 is controlled by an output controller 14 on the basis of deviation of the turbine output from the set output value, wherein the controller 14 is fed with a signal given by an output limiter 31 which is connected with a reheater temp. sensor 24, a reheated steam temp. sensor 25 and a low-pressure turbine temp. sensor 26. The set output value is increased or decreased by the reheater so that excessive temp. difference is prevented. |
