发明名称 DC RESISTANCE WELDING DEVICE MOUNTED ON ROBOT
摘要 PURPOSE:To operate a robot at a high speed according to commands by uniting an inverter, welding timer and robot controller into one body and connecting these to each other by interface wires. CONSTITUTION:A robot 12 makes prescribed operations by obtaining operation signals for respective axes from a robot controller 14 via a wire 13. The robot 12 outputs the arrival signal at each axis upon ending of said operation. A gun pressurizing cylinder 9 is actuated by the command signal for pressurizing gun outputted from a welding timer 11 operating cooperatively with the controller 14 so that a gun arm 3 pressurizes the work. An inverter 8 is operated by a current conduction command, then the inverter 8 supplies the output thereof to a voltage transformer 2. Thus the welding gun executes welding for the prescribed time by the DC power outputted from a current rectifier 5.
