PURPOSE:To simplify the process of production as well as to reduce the cost of production by using a flexible supporter provided with an energy generator for forming flying liquid droplets. CONSTITUTION:In a base plate 202 for liquid jet recording head BJ, a heating resistor layer 210, a common electrode 212, a selective electrode 213, and an upper layer 211 are provided on a flexible film of polyamide, fluororesin, acrylic resin, etc. A grooved plate 203 may use the same flexible film as the supporter 214.
