PURPOSE:To obtain compact entire structure by fitting an input shaft to the outside of an output shaft and forming guide valves between the output shaft and the input shaft together with providing a rotor so that it faces from the output shaft toward the internal wall surface of an external case. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 6 is fitted to the outside of an output shaft 7, while guide valves 18a, 18b on the input side and guide valves 19a, 19b on the input shaft side, all of which are equipped with feed-back mechanism, are formed between the output shaft 7 and the input shaft 6. Further, a rotor 11 is provided so that it faces from the output shaft 7 toward the internal wall surface of an external casd. With this contrivance, it becomes unnecessary to provide a servo-valve and a delivery/exhaust passage outside an actuator, thereby making the entire structure compact.
