PURPOSE:To reduce greatly the assembling time and to increase greatly the productivity of an objective lens actuator by assembling once the inner and outer rings with no separation and then separating both rings from each other to use them also as lead wires. CONSTITUTION:Outer rings 34-1-1-34-1-6 are linked circularly at thin line parts 34-1- 21-34-1-26; while inner rings 34-2-1-34-2-6 are linked circularly at thin line parts 34-2-21-34-2-26 respectively. Both inner and outer rings are connected via spiral plate springs 34-3-1-34-3-6 in the form of a unified elastic supporter. This supporter is attached to a yoke 18 and a mobile coil mechanism. The outer rings are fitted to notched parts 18-11-18-16 of the yoke 18 via projection parts 34-1-11-34-1-16. For the inner rings, the relative position relations are secured between these inner rings (inner diameter D1) and a cylindrical projection part 30-3 (outer diameter D2) together with the peripheral position relation specified by the fit between small holes 34-2-31-34-2-36 and projections 30-4-1-30-4-6 respectively. Under such conditions, the outer rings are adhered to an upper surface side 18-2 of the yoke 18 with the inner rings adhered to the upper end surfaces 30-6-1-30-6-6 of the mobile coil mechanism respectively. Then the thin line parts are broken to separate the outer rings from inner rings. |
