PURPOSE:To provide the titled grease having excellent electrolytic corrosion-resistant performance, wear resistance and low loading properties, by incorporating fine nylon powder in a lubricating grease. CONSTITUTION:2-15wt% nylon powder having a particle size of 400 mesh or below is blended with a lubricating grease, and a nylon film is formed on the lubricating surfaces of antifriction bearing, plain bearing, gears, etc. by means of frictional heat. EFFECT:An insulating lubricating film having a high dielectric strength can be formed on the lubricating surface of bearing so that the abnormal wearing or the damage of bearing from electrolytic corrosion can be inhibited and the life and the exchange period of bearing can be greatly prolonged.
