PURPOSE:To obtain an electrically conductive layer having good and uniform flatness by drying the conductive coated film under different prescribed conditions in 2 stages. CONSTITUTION:A conductive coated film is dried in advance under conditions milder than conditions of temp. and time necessary for thouroughly drying the film, and then, dried under conditions severer than those of temp. and time necessary for drying. As the first treatment, it may be dried in a dryer in a state free from air flow by interrupting hot air flow. As a result, the obtained conductive layer has good and uniform flatness. |
