PURPOSE:To obtain a floppy disk device which can prevent the generation of waveform distortions, by changing the rise and fall timings of the write data and therefore deleting the effect of an erasion current of an erasion core. CONSTITUTION:If the output of a flip-flop 2 is set at level ''LOW'' like a writing pattern (k), the write data (a) appears as the rise write data (g) at the output of an AND gate 10. The data (g) is turned into the delay rise write data (h) with a rise time delay T3 given by a delay circuit 11. The data (h) is supplied to the input of the flip-flop 2 via an OR gate 12. Then the output of the flip-flop 2 is inverted like the pattern (k), and this pattern (k) is set at level ''HIGH''. In this case, a waveform appearing at an output terminal 8 of a reading circuit 7 has a small distortion like a read waveform (n) together with a small shift of the peak point. |
