PURPOSE:To obtain the titled mold giving a product having no defective external appearance, by forming a roughened swelling-out layer on an inner wall of the lower side of an insert part of an extruded material of a mold molding a corner part by a flame spray processing by casting a material into a cavity to be formed by inserting an extruded material of a high-molecular elastic material. CONSTITUTION:A target mold is obtained by forming a roughened swelling-out layer 13 on an inner wall abutting against a part (back side), which is not exposed on the surface side, of an extruded material W of an insertion part 12 of the extruded material of the mold 6A through flame spray processing at the time of molding of a corner part by casting rubber material through a gate 8 into a cavity 7 to be formed by inserting the extruded material W composed of a high-molecular elastic material up to connecting positions A1, A2 of the mold 6A for molding the corner part constituted of a bottom force 1, top force 2, outer intermediate mold 3 and inner intermediate mold 5 through both sides or one end. |
