PURPOSE:To eliminate the fluctuation in a thrust direction by inserting a thrust washer to the gap between a bearing and a bracket, hardening with epoxy resin and assembling them. CONSTITUTION:A thrust washer 7 is formed by prepregimpregnation the sheet of polyester fiber or glass fiber base material with epoxy resin and punching in a doughnut shape. The washer 7 is inserted into a gap 4 between a bearing 2 and a bracket 3, heated from the outer periphery of the bearing 2 of the bracket 3 while pressing the bracket 3 by an external force to form the resin gel state, the resin is hardened and they are assembled. Thus, the irregular axial sizes of the bracket and the rotor are absorbed, the thrust regulating step is eliminated, and the axial fluctuation is obviated. |
