PURPOSE:To reduce an eddy current loss by integrally forming at least one of a rotor body and a stator core including teeth, and copper-plating at least the sides of the teeth. CONSTITUTION:A disc-shaped rotor core 10 is formed of a hub 12 of a disc shape of inner peripheral side and a circular rotor body 14 concentrically secured to the outer peripheral side of the hub. A stator core 20 is formed in a disc shape of the same diameter as the core 10. Rotor teeth 28 and stator poles 30 are respectively projected on the outer peripheries of the opposed sides of the cores 10, 20 opposed in parallel with the axial center of a rotor shaft 16. The teeth 28, 30 are integrally formed with the body 14 and the core 20, respectively, and the sides of the teeth 28, 30 are copper-plated. |
