PURPOSE:To eliminate the leakage of a resin by completely sealing between a pole core and a pole coil with a formable material, and impregnating a no- solvent resin in vacuum. CONSTITUTION:A glass tape is wound on the surface of a strand bundle 1 as an insulating layer 2, sealing varnish is coated on the outer peripheral side and the bottom, and cured to form a sealing layer 3, and a pole coil 4 is prepared. A formable material 6 is laid on the shoulder 5a of a pole core 5, and placed with a pole coil 4. Then, the entirety is heated to foam and cure the material 6. Then, a no-solvent epoxy resin 7 is filled by a vacuum impregnating method in the gaps between the bundle 1 and the layer 2 and between the coil 4 and the core 5, and thermally cured. Thus, a manufacturing method of a pole having excellent fixing force and heat sink property without leakage of the resin can be obtained. |
