PURPOSE:To obtain the titled molded article having improved matte effect, wear resistance, etc., by blending a crosslinked vinyl chloride polymer having a gel fraction and a polymerization degree of nongelatinous component in specific ranges with a noncrosslinked polymer of vinyl chloride homopolymer having a specified polymerization degree to give a composition, injection molding the composition. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. composition obtained by blending a crosslinked vinyl chloride polymer having >=20% gel fraction and 2,000-3,000 average polymerization degree by solution viscosity method of nongelatinous component with a noncrosslinked polymer of vinyl chloride homopolymer having 800-1,000 average polymerization degree by solution viscosity method in a blending ratio of 50: 50-80:20 is mixed with (B) 70-130pts.wt. liquid plasticizer of phthalic ester type or trimellitic ester type, and the mixture is injection molded, to prepare a steering wheel of soft resin having improved matte effect, uniformity of luster, improved wear resistance and light resistance.
