PURPOSE:To eliminate a spacer when containing a stator coil in a core by contacting a plate material directly with an insulating layer to thermally cure it. CONSTITUTION:A resin-rich tape is wound on a coil conductor 8 to form an insulating layer 9, and linear laminated plates 14 are contacted with the upper and lower surfaces of a portion to be inserted into the slot of a core, and a separating tape 10 is wound. Then, linear molding jigs 11 are contacted with both sides, and a thermal shrinkable tape 13 is wound on the outermost periphery. The plates 14 uses a material having an insulation such as fiber glass reinforcement plastic decided in size by considering the shrinking margin of the layer 9 after thermal curing and the inserting state to a stator core 1. After pressurizing, heating and curing, the jigs 11 and the tapes 10, 13 are removed. Thus, after the stator coil is contained in the core 1, the insertion of a spacer can be eliminated. |
