PURPOSE:A natural mineral salt, obtained by applying a seaweed extract layer to the outer surface of common salt grains manufactured by solar heat, containing various natural minerals, having a mellow taste, and suitable to fancy. CONSTITUTION:A natural mineral salt obtained by applying a seaweed extract layer prepared by boiling and extracting two or more kinds of sea tangle, edible seaweed (Eisenia bicyclis) or WAKAME seaweed (Undaria pinnatifida) to the outer surface of common salt grains manufactured by solar heat. The natural mineral salt has a taste like algal salt and contains various minerals. The natural mineral salt can be produced by pouring common salt manufactured by solar heat in a saturated saline solution to float dirt and precipitate eartch and sand, separating foreign materials, taking salt grains therefrom, dehydrating the salt grains in a centrifuge, pulverizing the resultant salt grains, adding 1-5% natural bittern and 2-20% natural seaweed extract thereto, and if necessary drying the resultant mixture. |
