PURPOSE:To achieve a less number of parts and a higher reliability by counting synchronous signals from a timing controller to perform a time counting operation. CONSTITUTION:Output of an oscillator 14 having a crystal oscillation element 5 is divided in six with a counter 9 and fed to a control circuit 16 as timing control signal for the circuit as a whole. The output of the counter 9 is further divided with a prescaler 10 and counters 11 and 12 allowed to be set as desired on a program in a memory circuit 8. The control of a timer control circuit 1 shifts to a time counting processing with the overflow of the divider. Then, the circuit 1 generates output to a display circuit 3 depending on time information prepared within the control circuit while compares information of a temporary memory 13 and the time information to determine 15 and sends out a control signal. |
