PURPOSE:To shorten waiting time of customers by providing a service device for inputting account data and a cash disbursing and receiving device that executes center communication processing and note disbursing and receiving processing based on the account data. CONSTITUTION:An automatic cash deposition and receiving device ATM consists of an application device 10 to which account data are inputted and records the inputted account data in an inserted card and a cash disbursing and receiving device 50 that executes center communication processing and cash disbursing and receiving processing based on account data recorded in the card and fixed data. In the cash disbursing and receiving device 50, a card in which account data are recorded in addition to fixed data by the application device 10 is used. Payment is made based on communication processing of the read data with the center. The center checks the card based on payment telegram transmitted from the cash disbursing and receiving device 50.
