PURPOSE:The titled food, consisting essentially of onion flour, and capable of preventing the rise in blood viscosity and reducing the blood viscosity. CONSTITUTION:A food for reducing blood viscosity, obtained by freeze-drying an onion, pulverizing the freeze-dried onion, and incorporating resultant onion flour with another compounding component, e.g. dried flour of corn fiber or yam or soybean fiber, at 100:50-120 weight ratio. The resultant food is taken in an amount of 500mg-5g expressed in terms of the onion flour for adults at a time. |
