<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and the assembling by providing poles for detecting the speed along the longitudinal direction of a field magnet and providing a magnetic sensor oppositely to the pole. CONSTITUTION:A movable coil type linear motor LDM has a rectangular base 1, a magnetic plate 2 is secured onto the base 1, and a filed magnet 6 is further secured onto the plate. Poles 12 for detecting the speed which are alternately magnetized at strongly and weakly magnetized portions of N- or S-pole at an ultrafine pitch in the longitudinal direction are provided on the side of the magnet 6. A magnetic sensor 9 is provided oppositely to the poles 12.</p> |
