PURPOSE:To reduce windage loss and to readily support spokes of circular shape to a laminated yoke by mounting a supporting plate at the end of the standing rib of the spoke. CONSTITUTION:A yoke 1, to which a field pole 3 is secured to the outer periphery, is supported by a supporting plate 10 welded or clamped with bolts to the lower plate 4b of a spoke 4. The spoke 4 is formed of upper and lower plates 4a, 4b of circular plates and a standing rib 4c for integrally coupling both, so- called a circular shape, and a vent passage 7 which communicates between the interior and the exterior of the spoke is formed at the inner peripheral sides of the plates 4a, 4b. The yoke 1 is annularly formed by continuously laminating sector iron plates without forming an annular vent duct. A radial duct 2 having an air gap width W is formed at the butting portions of the respective iron plates to form a vent passage communicating from the inner periphery between field poles. |
