PURPOSE:To manufacture toner powder at a stroke under easy conditions with simple equipment by mixing a suspension prepd. by dispersing a magnetic body masked with acid chloride, a charge controller, a colorant, etc. in an org. solvent with a soln. prepd. by dissolving diamine in an aqueous alkali soln., stirring the mixture, and carrying out interfacial polycondensation. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic body masked with acid chloride represented by a general formula ClOC-R-COCl, a charge controller, a colorant and wax are dispersed in an org. solvent to prepare a suspension A, and diamine represented by a general formula NH2-R'-NH2 is dissolved in an aqueous alkali soln. to prepare a soln. B. The suspension A is mixed with the soln. B and stirred, and an interfacial polycondensation reaction is caused to obtain toner powder of polyamide resin at a stroke. In said formulae, each of R and R' is an aliphatic group or an aromatic group. For example, dihydroxide represented by a general formula HO-R'-OH is dissolved in the soln. B to cause the reaction. |
