PURPOSE:To make it possible to press and compress unrefined soy uniformly and well, by wrapping the surface of unrefined soy with two-ply filter cloth, folding the residual opposite sides not to be in contact, and covering the resultant recess part with a filter cloth lid. CONSTITUTION:A piece of square filter cloth 10 is spread on the top of a filter frame, and unrefined soy 14 is filled in the top of the filter cloth 10 positioned in the filter frame. Two opposite sides in the four sides of the filter clotch 10 out of the filter frame are alternately folded to reach the inside of the respective opposite sides of the filter frame, and the surface of the unrefined soy 14 is wrapped in the two-ply filter cloth 10. The residual two opposite sides are then folded not to be in mutural contact in the direction of the respective opposite sides of the filter frame. The unrefined soy 14 is packaged and molded in a square or rectangular shape by the above-mentioned two procedures, and a recess part 13 formed by the thickness difference of superposition of folding margins 12 of the filter cloth 10 is covered with a filter cloth lid 11 in almost the same shape as the recess part 13 having a thickness of 3 times that of the filter cloth 10 to mold and package the unrefined soy 14. The surface of the unrefined soy layer can be wrapped in the filter cloth 10 having a thickness of 5 pieces of the filter cloth 10, pressed and compressed uniformly and satisfactorily. |
