<p>PURPOSE:To enable accuracy to be maintained on a pellet grinding surface, by detecting the surface temperature of a bonding agent and the temperature of grinding fluid and providing controllers which control heating and cooling devices so that a difference between the temperature may decrease to zero on the basis of their calculated result. CONSTITUTION:A surface grinding machine uses a contactless-type temperature sensor 3 as a detector for temperature on the surface of a bonding agent while a thermoelectric thermometer 4 as a detector for temperature of ginding fluid. And an arithmetic means 6 calculates a difference between the temperatures detected by each of the detectors 3, 4, actuating in accordance with the difference solenoid operated valves 9c, 9h being a controller which actuates the valve 9c to cause a cooling pipe 7 to communicate with a heat exchanger 5 when the bonding agent is at higher temperature. On the contrary when it is reversely at lower temperature, the valve 9h is actuated, causing a heating pipe 8 to communicate with the heat exchanger 5. In such way, accuracy of a work is maintained by controlling the cooling and heating pipes so that the temperatures of the bonding agent and the grinding fluid may be equalized.</p> |
