<p>A process for producing an electrolyte compound powder having an electrolyte ion composition of artificial kidney perfusion liquid for bicarbonate dialysis, comprising: a step of pulverizing whole or part of sodium chloride, one component of the powder, into super-fine powder of about 20 to 30 ν by a micronizer, and adding thereto 2 to 4 wt % of glacial acetic acid to obtain acetic acid-acidified super-fine sodium chloride powder; a step of dissolving other components in warm water together with, if any, remaining sodium chloride, spray-drying the solution using a spray nozzle or a disk atomizer to obtain about 20- to 100-νm super-fine powder; and a step of mixing the two powders obtained above.</p> |
