发明名称 INK SUPPLY MECHANISM FOR PRINTING MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable even supply of ink onto a plate surface by rotating a form roller successively connected to one or more vibrating rollers in the opposite direction to an ink fountain roller while a plate cylinder rotating in the opposite direction is connected successively thereto. CONSTITUTION:An ink fountatin roller 1 always rotates in a fixed firection to attach ink N in an ink fountain 9 and shifts it onto the surface of form roller 2 turning in the opposite direction. The ink N attached to the form roller 2 is distributed evenly with vibrating rollers 3, 4 and 6 and further fed onto the plate surface 8 on a plate cylinder 7 successively connected thereto and turning in the opposite direction. Here, the vibrating rollers 3 and 4 work to level the fixed amount of ink N always fed and attached to the form roller 2 while the vibrating roller 6 works to level the ink N distributed again to remove uneven inking partially caused after it is fed onto the plate surface 8 to print. This can prevent printing of an uneven density to ensure the finishing of printing with a high quality.
