PURPOSE:To eliminate possiblity of freezing even on a cold land or the like in winter and permit heat exchange ventilation at all times by a method wherein an element is supported about the rotary shaft thereof and a rotating means, rotating the element, is provided in the device. CONSTITUTION:The ventilating device 10 is provided with a circular rotary partitioning plate 12 in the tubular element 11 in order to partition the element into upper and a lower divisions. The partitioning plate 12 is fixed to the rotary shaft 14 rotated by a motor 16. The ventilatig device 10 is provided on the boarder of the inside R and the outside S of a room and when fans 25, 25' and the motor 16 are rotated, cold air of outside of the room is sucked from an air feeding port 22 and is discharged into the room from an air discharging port 23 through the small chamber U of the element 11 at the upper side thereof. When the heat pipe near the outside of the room is frozen, the partitioning plate 12 moves gradually to a position where the warm-air in the room is hitting since the partitioning plate 12 is being rotated, and whereby the freezing of the heat pipe may be dissolved. |
