PURPOSE:To eliminate possibility of freezing on a cold land or the like in winter and permit heat exchanging ventilation at all times by a method wherein two ventilating paths for feeding and discharging air are provided and the flows of feeding and discharging air, hitting respective heat exchange elements in both ventilating paths, are permitted to be converted. CONSTITUTION:The ventilating device 10 is divided into two parts of right and left by a wall 30 and one half is exposed to the outside of a room while the other half is exposed to the inside of the room. The device 10 can be rotated about a support shaft by 180 deg.. Cold air from the outside S of the room is sucked by the rotation of a fan 15' through an opening 28'(A) and the feeding and discharging port 26' as shown by the arrow sign in the diagram while warm-air in the room is sucked through the opening 28(B) and the feeding and discharging port 26. When the device is used for a given time under this condition, a member, in which a cap 12(12'), an intermediate plate 13(13') and an intermediate tube 14(14') are integrated, is rotated by 180 deg.. Subsequently, the contdition is converted after the given time has elapsed under this condition. Thus, the converting operation of the feeding and discharging port is repeated intermittently and whereby the freezing may be prevented. |
