PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent ozone resistance and drawing force, by blending a specified synthetic wax with a tackifier. CONSTITUTION:A wax compsn. to be blended with rubber is obtd. by mixing 95-50wt% synthetic wax having a number-average MW of 550-1,000 (e.g., polyethylene wax or microcystalline wax) with 5-50wt% tackifier selected from among coumarone/indene resin, terpene phenol resin, petroleum hydrocarbon resin and rosin derivative.
