PURPOSE:To enable a machine to maintain the parallelism of a work without causing the generation of flection in the peripheral part of an upper surface plate by its dead weight when the upper surface plate is lifted, by aligning its hanging positions to the center of gravity in a fan-shaped part into which the upper surface plate is uniformly divided in number equal to that of its hanging places. CONSTITUTION:Supporting bars 2, being fixed to be aligned to the center of gravity G of a fan-shaped part OAB into which an upper surface plate 1 is equally divided, integrally form the upper surface plate 1 with a subplate 3, and elastic deformation of the surface plate while in grinding motion is minimized by an air cylinder 4 adjusting a grinding load in which dead weight of the upper surface plate is used as a miximum load. In such way, an effect for maintaining accuracy of grinding and accuracy of a pellet grinding surface is displayed by performing the stable grinding of both surfaces using a pellet. |
