<p>PURPOSE:To aim at improvements in hole positional accuracy for drilling and a reduction in the occurrence of drill breakage as well as to improve a degree of machining efficiency, by forming a drill guide hole in a way of irradiating a laser beam prior to drilling, after positioning a drill to a drilling spot. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam 5 is irradiated out of a laser head 4 installed in place proximate to a spindle 1 of a numerically controlled drilling device whereby a punch hole is formed in copper foil 31 on the top of a work 3, while surface temperature reaches to a copper fusion point, further reaches to a boiling point and thereby vaporization takes place there so that a craterlike hole is produced. The laser head 4 is controlled so as to cause a laser irradiating part to become just below H the drill 1 positioned to the drilling position.</p> |
